McClone’s commitment to making a difference in the community is as important as our commitment to our client partners. We do this in a variety of ways, including:

• 10% of every dollar we earn goes back into the communities we serve through our charitable foundation and other corporate gifts
• Team members get paid time off to volunteer or take part in charitable causes or events
• Employee dollar for dollar matches — up to $500/year per team member — are given for non-profit organizations important to them
