Reasonable Accommodations Under the ADA

The Americans with Disabilities Act provides broad protection to disabled individuals. According to some estimates, over 1/3 of Americans have a condition which, depending upon their job, may qualify for protection under the ADA. One of the most critical employer requirements under the ADA is the provision of reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities. These accommodations may take many forms and what is “reasonable” varies from employer to employer. This one hour webinar provides practical guidance on how to manage the reasonable accommodation process and reduce employer liability.
