2017 ‘Pay or Play’ Penalty and Affordability Amounts Announced

The IRS has updated its existing Q&As on the Affordable Care Act’s employer shared responsibility (“pay or play”) requirements to reflect adjustments to the pay or play penalty and affordability amounts.
