Strike Out Cancer Day is less than one week away! The annual event will take place this Sunday, July 26th at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium. There are so many reasons to attend this year’s Strike Out Cancer Day. We know you’re busy, so we’ve narrowed it down to the top 5:
1. Contribute by showing up!
A portion of every ticket purchased at the gate on game day directly help local families impacted by pediatric cancer.
2. Give the gift of confidence to a child!
Get a free new look by the in house salon at the stadium and change a life by donating your hair to the Wigs For Kids drive! If your hair is a minimum of 12 inches long, consider donating it at this year’s event. To learn more visit: www.wigsforkids.org.
3. Become a donor to save a life!
This year’s Strike Out Cancer Day will include a Be the Match Bone Marrow Registry Drive! We urge all of you to be courageous and join the registry with the hopes of being able to save a life! To learn more visit: www.bethematch.org.
4. Get your dance on!
5. Enjoy a day at the ballpark!
There’s nothing more enjoyable than watching a game of baseball on a warm summer day; of course with a hot dog and ice-cold refreshment in hand! Help us cheer on the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers this Sunday, July 26th as they are set to play the Clinton LumberKings at 1:05PM CT.
